How much does house cleaning cost in Las Cruces and El Paso?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, which is why Kat’s Cleaning Services prices every home in person, for free, as one flat rate. Some prices are published: a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom move-out clean is listed at $350, oven deep cleaning is $50, $75 or $100, and refrigerator deep cleaning is $50 or $75.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. Kat has said publicly that cleanings are priced at flat rates only. You hear one price for the job at your walkthrough, and that is the price, however long the team takes.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are always free. New clients get a walkthrough of the home so the price is based on what Kat actually sees, not on a guess over the phone.
Why do you need to see my home before giving a price?
Two homes with the same square footage can take very different amounts of time. Pets, children, hard water, and how long it has been since the last detailed clean all change the job. A walkthrough protects you from a surprise bill and protects the team from an unfair one.
Who does the estimate?
Kat does. She has said publicly that she still does all of her estimates herself. When she is away, her manager takes messages and Kat follows up when she is back.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. As Kat posted in September 2026, military members, first responders and teachers get 10% off their first deep cleaning. New clients also get $25 off a first deep cleaning. Mention the offer when you request your quote, and Kat will confirm the current terms.
Booking and scheduling
How far ahead do I need to book?
Plan on about two weeks. Kat has said she usually stays booked a little over two weeks out, depending on the size of the job. For a move-out with a fixed date, reach out as soon as you know it.
How do I request a quote?
Three ways: fill out the quote form on this site, call (575) 650-2534, or text the same number. Kat replies personally and schedules your walkthrough.
How often can you come?
From twice a week to once a month, in Kat’s words. Recurring cleaning is available for homes and offices, and the schedule is set at your walkthrough.
Can you clean an office in the evening?
Yes. Kat schedules evening office cleanings so the work happens after your staff has gone home.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 9 am to noon. Closed Sunday.

What cleaning services do you offer?
Recurring house cleaning at Standard and Premium levels, deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, move-in cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, oven deep cleaning, refrigerator deep cleaning, and patio cleaning including patio furniture.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. The team arrives with its own vacuums, mops and cleaning products. If you have a preference about what is used in your home, mention it at the walkthrough.
Do you clean carpets?
The team offers basic carpet cleaning. Kat is open that carpets are not her specialty, and for a serious carpet job she would rather you hire a carpet specialist.
Do you clean patios and outdoor furniture?
Yes. The team cleans patios and patio furniture. They do not do landscaping.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Kat’s Cleaning Services works with residential and commercial clients in Las Cruces and El Paso, and has been hired twice to clean up after film productions.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Kat’s Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured. Ask for proof when you request your quote if your landlord or building requires it.
Is Kat’s Cleaning Services locally owned?
Yes. It is a locally owned and operated company based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Kat founded it and still runs it day to day.
What areas do you serve?
Las Cruces and the Doña Ana County communities around it, including Mesilla, Doña Ana, Vado, Anthony, Santa Teresa, Sunland Park and Chaparral. El Paso, Texas, including Fort Bliss, Canutillo, Horizon City and Socorro. Deep cleaning by arrangement in Truth or Consequences and Elephant Butte.
Do you serve El Paso?
Yes. Kat’s teams travel from Las Cruces to El Paso and the communities along Interstate 10 between the two cities. Every service is available in El Paso, and the quote process is the same: a free walkthrough, then one flat rate.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell Kat directly by call or text. She has said publicly that her team will never be perfect, that she will always give the best service she possibly can, and that she learns from every mistake.
