What does patio cleaning include?
The patio surface and the furniture on it. In Kat’s words, the team does not do landscaping, but it does clean patios and patio furniture. That means the floor swept and washed down, tables and chairs wiped, cushions brushed off, and the dust that settles on everything in this climate taken away.
What patio cleaning does not include
- Landscaping, weeding or yard maintenance
- Pressure washing of driveways or exterior walls
- Gutters, roofs or anything that needs a ladder outdoors
If you need any of those, Kat would rather point you to the right trade than take on work she does not specialize in. She said the same thing publicly about carpet cleaning.
When does a patio need it most?
Spring, when the winds push fine desert dust across every outdoor surface in Las Cruces and El Paso. Late summer, after a monsoon week leaves mud and debris behind. And the week before you host, when the patio becomes the room everyone sits in.
Kat once posted a freshly cleaned patio with a plea to the rain to stay away. The weather does not always cooperate, and she knows it.
How is patio cleaning priced?
Quoted on sight. A covered patio with two chairs and a bare slab with an outdoor kitchen are different jobs. Kat looks at the space at your walkthrough and gives you a firm price to add to your visit.
