What does a maintenance cleaning keep up with?
A maintenance cleaning holds your home at a steady level so it never slides back to the point where you need a rescue. Kat’s team calls them maintenance cleanings for exactly that reason. One Friday in August 2026 the crews finished four of them, along with a move-in clean and two offices.
The exact list is yours. Kat writes it down at the walkthrough, room by room, and that list is what the team works from. A typical visit covers the rooms you live in every day:
- Kitchen surfaces, the outside of appliances, the sink and the floor
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, mirror, tub or shower, and the floor
- Dusting in the living areas and bedrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping through the home
- Anything you ask Kat to add, such as a patio or the inside of the refrigerator
Standard or Premium: which level fits your home?
Kat offers recurring cleaning at two levels, Standard and Premium. You do not have to pick from a web page. She looks at your home, asks how you live in it, and tells you which level she would choose and why.
A home with two dogs and three children needs something different from a tidy condo near the university, even when the square footage matches. A price list cannot see that. A person standing in your kitchen can.
Who shows up at your door?
Kat runs three two-person teams, and she trains new cleaners herself. She still does every estimate in person, so the woman who prices your home is the woman whose name is on the company.
The business is licensed and insured. If something about a visit is not right, you tell Kat directly. Her own words to her clients, in June 2026: her team will never be perfect, she will always make sure they give the best service they possibly can, and they always learn from any mistakes.
