Empty-home cleaning for renters, sellers and landlords. Appliances and garage included when you need them. A 3 bed, 2 bath is listed at $350.

Office and commercial cleaning
Recurring cleaning for small offices and workplaces, including evening visits after your team goes home. Two film productions have trusted the crew with wrap cleanup.

Oven cleaning
Baked-on grease, racks and door glass, done properly. $50, $75 or $100 depending on the oven. Add it to any visit.
Best for: Move-outs, holiday cooking, and any oven that smokes when it heats up
Refrigerator cleaning
Shelves, drawers, door bins and the inside walls, cleaned and dried. $50 or $75. Pairs naturally with a move-out or a deep clean.

Patio cleaning
The patio surface and the patio furniture, cleaned after the dust storms and the monsoon. Not landscaping. Quoted on sight.
