What is the difference between a deep cleaning and a regular one?
A regular cleaning maintains. A deep cleaning restores. The photos on this page show real jobs from the summer of 2026: a tiled shower bench stained orange by mineral deposits, ceiling vents packed with dust, a bathtub drain ringed with rust, and each of them after the team finished.
Las Cruces and El Paso both have hard water, and hard water leaves scale on tile, glass and fixtures. A quick wipe does not move it. A deep cleaning gives the team the time to work on it properly.
What does a deep cleaning usually cover?
Your list is set at the walkthrough, so you know exactly what you are paying for. A typical deep cleaning covers everything in a maintenance visit, plus the slow, detailed work:
- Showers and tubs scrubbed, including tile, grout lines, drains and built-in benches
- Kitchen detail: grease on the stovetop, cabinet fronts, the sink and fixtures
- Vent covers, shelves and fixtures dusted down to the surface, not wiped around
- Floors vacuumed and mopped edge to edge
- Optional extras priced separately: inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, the patio
Kat once offered a summer reset that covered two full bathrooms, the kitchen, the dining area and the living area. That gives you a fair picture of what one deep cleaning visit can take on.
When is a deep cleaning worth it?
Book one when the house has gotten ahead of you. After a long stretch of work and school runs. Before family arrives for the holidays. After a renovation settles. When you are about to start recurring service and want a clean baseline.

Is there a discount on a first deep cleaning?
Two, as Kat posted in September 2026. Military, first responders and teachers get 10% off their first deep cleaning. New clients get $25 off a first deep cleaning. Mention the offer when you request your quote, and Kat will confirm what applies. Offers can change, so the current terms come from her.
How is a deep cleaning priced?
As one flat rate for the home, set in person, for free. Kat walks through, asks what matters most to you, and gives you a firm price before anyone starts. Add-on prices are published: an oven deep cleaning is $50, $75 or $100, and a refrigerator deep cleaning is $50 or $75.

How long does a deep cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, which is why Kat looks at it first. She will tell you at the walkthrough how long to expect and how many people she is sending.
Can a deep cleaning remove hard water stains?
Often, yes. The before and after photos on this page show mineral staining lifted from shower tile on real jobs. Some damage is permanent, and Kat will tell you at the walkthrough what she expects to come out.
Do you offer deep cleaning in El Paso?
Yes. Kat’s teams travel to El Paso and the towns between El Paso and Las Cruces. Deep cleaning is also available by arrangement in Truth or Consequences and Elephant Butte.
