What does a move-out cleaning include?
An empty home shows everything. A move-out cleaning resets it for whoever comes next: a landlord checking the deposit, a buyer doing a final walk, or the next family carrying in boxes.

- Every room top to bottom, with the dust taken out rather than moved around
- Kitchen: counters, cabinet fronts and interiors, sink, and the appliances you want included
- Bathrooms: showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors
- Closets, shelving and laundry hookups
- All floors vacuumed and mopped, and the garage on request
How much does a move-out cleaning cost?
Kat lists a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom move-out clean at $350. Your price can be lower or higher depending on size, condition, and whether you add the oven, the refrigerator or the garage. She confirms it in person before you commit to anything, and it is a flat rate, not an hourly bill.
Oven deep cleaning is $50, $75 or $100. Refrigerator deep cleaning is $50 or $75. Those are the two add-ons that matter most in a rental checkout, so they are priced in the open.

How far ahead should you book?
As soon as you know your date. Kat is usually booked about two weeks out, and the end of the month is the busiest time for moves. Does the home need to be empty for a move-out cleaning?
Empty is best. The team can reach every surface, and the result is what a landlord or buyer expects to see. If a few items are staying, mention them at the walkthrough.
Will a move-out cleaning get my deposit back?
No cleaner can promise what a landlord will decide. What Kat can do is clean the home to a standard you would be glad to hand over, and tell you in advance about anything a cleaning cannot fix.
